  • You have sent the goods back to us and that we have received them
  • You have made a full return of all goods supplied on that receipt.
  • You have enclosed a note giving the reason for the return
  • You have despatched it to us with adequate packing and it arrived undamaged.
  • You have not invalidated the warranty by breaking any seals to areas that have been restricted with warranty stickers.
