Conference Bridge Servers by Chelston
Chelston's Audio Conference Bridge Servers are self-contained units that are simple to install, operate and maintain. Based on Microsoft Windows technology, the server connects into the corporate LAN/WAN to enable conferences to be set-up and/or controlled using Web-browser based interfaces. Units can be supplied with simple interfaces that accommodate either dial-in only, via password entry, or Autodial of participants.
These units also connect to the telephone network, or local PBX using either E1/T1 Digital trunks, or Analogue lines. The connection to the telephone network enables the Audio Conference Bridge Server to link participants together into conference sessions. 10 to 2040 users per Server can be accommodated.
A built-in Database and Email Client takes care of bookings and Email confirmations, and reminders.
Installation is simply a matter of making the LAN and Telecom Network connections - Plug and Go Technology.
By utilising very simple,
user-friendly interfaces and operating procedures, we have dramatically reduced
training and user learning times. So systems can be installed and customised
anywhere in the world with minimal support - you will always be in charge of
the technology and those having access to it.
Voice Over IP (VoIP) and voice recording can be added as an option.
Chelston
can provide five basic types of Conference Bridge: (includes all hardware & Software)
- Simple Operation: (Dial in only via password entry) These units are designed to be self-maintaining by the users. Conferences are
booked using a browser-based booking diary,
 which also allocates conference
passwords. Users then dial-in and enter a password via an interactive voice
response system to join a conference. This system can be supplied with either
fixed or variable conference sizes.
Features include: Main and side areas, individual volume control, role call, IVR front end, single and recurring bookings. Request Conference Bridge Leaflet, or access to our Web-based Demo site. - Simple Operation: (+AutoDial) - This is a variation of the above version with the addition of a feature where participants are dialled by the Bridge:
- Ad-Hoc Operation: - In this type of Conference Bridge Configuration, the bridge simply acts as an audio conference resource to anyone who dials into it. There is no password entry, or access limits imposed.
- Operator Controlled via Local or Wide Area
Network: - A controller dials members, using a LAN/WAN based control screen
linked to a database of participants. Participants can also dial-in and enter a
conference depending upon the telephone number they use, or some other special
requirement that you define
- Custom Versions: - A combination of types 1, 2 and 3
above that are customised to suit special user needs.
