Call logging is the process whereby a telephone conversation between one or more participants is recorded for future reference. There are many applications where this is used that require high security, high quality and large volumes of data. An example of applications include - Call Centres, logging Police Telephone traffic, Ambulance Service Calls, Aircraft Control Centre Conversations, Share Dealing Conversations and Chat Line logging. Chelston's Voice Record system can also be used for the recording to disc of non Voice data, such as Raw Data or Video. Key
