CallHandler Tools Overview
 Built into the CallHandler Computer Telephony operating environment (sometimes called CT Middleware), there are a number of graphical tools that provide the user with detailled access to the internal workings of the system. Unlike a traditional PBXs, which tend to be closed boxes, the internal functioning and API's of the CallHandler are easily accessible by the user. In particular, detailled logging of all events to text files means that statistics and operational history is just a click of a button away.
